This page explains exactly how Kalonji billing works, what you'll be charged, when, and how to manage or cancel your subscription at any time.

How Billing Works

14-Day Free Trial no charge Your trial starts the first time you log in. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can use the full product without entering a payment method until you're ready to subscribe.

Subscription Starts After Trial When you click "Sign Me Up" inside the app, you'll complete a secure checkout. Your $39.99/month subscription begins immediately after checkout — your trial clock stops and your billing cycle starts.

Automatic Monthly Renewal Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date. Your payment method on file is charged $39.99 at the start of each billing cycle. You'll receive a receipt from Stripe to your email address.

Cancel Anytime There are no contracts or long-term commitments. Cancel any time through the billing portal below. Access continues through the end of your paid period.

Pricing

Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our payment processor, Stripe. Kalonji 14 LLC never stores your full card number — all payment data is handled securely by Stripe.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will:

Your data is preserved during suspension. Updating your payment method through the billing portal will restore access immediately.

Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We do not issue partial-month refunds when you cancel mid-cycle — your access continues through the end of the period you've paid for.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days at support@kalonji.app and we will review your case.


How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time using either method below:

Self-service (instant) — Billing Portal Click Open Billing Portal. Enter the email address associated with your account. You'll be taken directly to your subscription management page where you can cancel with one click.

Via email Send a cancellation request to support@kalonji.app with the subject line "Cancel my account" and the email address on your account. We will process the cancellation within 1 business day and confirm by email.

What happens when you cancel:


Data Deletion

If you would like your data deleted immediately rather than waiting 30 days, email support@kalonji.app with the subject "Delete my data." We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.
